This is human nature to be attracted towards sex but it more likely to be successful if both the partners are satisfied from each other. Sex is just not a man’s but a way to procreation, rejuvenation . Had this not existed, human race would have become extinct somewhere earlier itself.

How To Overcome Sexual Addiction

September 17th, 2007

Geoff is 27 and a virgin. His only sexual experiences have been through masturbating to pornography. Arnold has lost count of how many women he’s had sex with. Karl has sex with his wife about once every two weeks and masturbates with porn about three times a week. Ron and his wife have sex every night. But it has no emotional meaning for him. He doesn’t masturbate or use porn. His addictive sex is with his wife - and she’s getting sick of it.

Geoff, Arnold, Karl and Ron share the same trait that all sexually addicted people share. I call it “the flight from intimacy.” I’ve helped many Geoffs, Arnolds, Karls, and Rons overcome sex addiction.

I start by explaining that intimacy in the real world is demanding and rewarding, while the basis of sex addiction is shallow fantasy. To quote a client I helped overcome sex addiction years ago, “Fantasy is my world. I control it.” Now his world is reality and he enjoys it. In fantasy, there are no unpleasant demands. Failure is not possible. Rejection doesn’t happen. Everything is great until the illusion is over. Then comes the loneliness followed by despair. Marriages suffer; lonely people get lonelier; relationships wither because of the flight from intimacy.

Sex is an emotion

Conventional licensed therapy presents sex as a bodily function. But sex is not a bodily function. Moving your bowels is. Sex is an emotion. Your body expresses it. Just as there are different feelings, there are different sexual experiences. Some are cold and distant. Warmth and passion characterize others. Sweet laughter, intense expression, tears of joy can define the sexual experience. The defining characteristic of the sexually addictive experience is the absence of intimacy.

The flight from intimacy is appealing because in order to be intimate, you must be vulnerable. Vulnerability leads inevitably to being hurt. If you are vulnerable to your partner, s/he will hurt you. To avoid being hurt, some people flee intimacy by rushing into the illusion of sex addiction until the illusion ends. Then the hurts occur anyway.

One requirement for success

The flight from intimacy is one of the two causes of sex addiction. The other is the attempt to escape reality. Most people who try to stop sexually addictive behavior fail because they don’t take care of their intimacy issues first. (Infidelity, cheating on your partner, can be stopped immediately without addressing intimacy issues first. I’ll explain why in a future article.)

Geoff, the virgin, can’t overcome his addiction until he figures out why he avoids sex with another person. Arnold, the playboy, won’t overcome his addiction until he figures out how and why he avoids commitment. Karl will continue to put more sexual energy into his addiction than his marriage until he works through the intimacy issues in his marriage. Ron, the guy using his wife as an addictive substitute, will never experience true lovemaking until he is willing to be vulnerable.

Questions about you

Here are a few questions regarding your intimacy and vulnerability issues. None of the questions ask about your childhood or how your parents treated you. Sex is an adult issue. As you think about your answers, look at yourself for the person you are today, not the kid you were decades ago. Sex addiction occurs in the present and is overcome in the present.

Every person is a unique individual. So the questions address a variety of issues:

How do you deal with rejection? What about criticism? Are you defensive? Do you feel angry often? Depressed often? Are you an honest person? Do you try to dominate? Are you afraid often? Will you do just about anything to avoid conflict? Do you expect other people to read your mind? Will you say anything to win an argument? Has your partner or others told you that you are not a good listener? Do you put yourself in your partner’s shoes when there is a conflict between the two of you? Are you passive? Are you self-centered? Are you jealous? Are you possessive? Are you tolerant? Are you controlling? Do you feel superior? Inferior? Do you feel that if people really knew you, they wouldn’t like you? Are you a perfectionist?

Notice that it’s best to avoid dumb questions like: Do you like to hug? Notice also that none of the questions mention anything sexual? That’s because sex is an emotion. Correctly overcoming sex addiction starts with working through your emotions that block intimacy. Once you overcome the emotional blocks, your chances of long-term success are excellent.

Have great sex during menopause

September 17th, 2007

Seventy percent of menopausal women have a low libido or sex drive. This is often temporary and usually occurs at the beginning of menopause. In some, however, it may haunt them for the rest of their lives.

So what’s the reason behind a diminishing sex drive? Bladder control problems, sleep disturbances, depression, anxiety, and stress all contribute to loss of interest in sex during this period.

But a major reason is changes in hormone levels of estrogen, testosterone and progesterone that result in a hormonal imbalance. These hormones have specific roles to play in enhancing your sexual desire. Estrogen helps heighten your sensitivity during sexual intercourse. Progesterone keeps your libido up while testosterone, a male sex hormone, boosts sexual desire and lubricates the vagina.

No drug has been discovered yet that can treat sexual problems. Estrogen replacement therapy can make intercourse less painful by treating vaginal dryness. But recent research has yielded conflicting results with regards to estrogen’s effectiveness. In-depth studies are currently underway to determine whether a combination of estrogen and the male hormone androgen may help increase the sex drive of women.

While many women eventually learn to live with their low sex drive and no longer seek treatment, they can still avail of a variety of treatment options. If low libido interferes with personal relationships, it can become even more problematic in the long run.

Although sexual problems can be difficult to discuss, talk to your doctor and seek adequate counseling. Your doctor may refer you and your partner to a health professional who specializes in sexual dysfunction. The therapist may advise counseling on an individual basis with your partner or in a support group. This type of counseling can be very successful even when it is done on a short-term basis.

Great things start with simple stuff. If your sex drive isn’t as good as it used to be but you don’t think you need counseling, take time for intimacy with your partner. Intimacy is not all about sex or intercourse. There are a thousand ways to express love. Have quality time together - you can take long romantic walks, go out for candlelit dinners or give each other back rubs.

Remember to check with your doctor if lower libido becomes a serious problem. He or she may recommend a supplement that can help increase your libido like Zalestra. Check out www.zalestra.com to find out more.

What do men want?

September 17th, 2007

Broadly Defined
Most men are alike. When some aren’t, they are considered feminine, and yet there are others who first fall in the category of being great and then to the not-so-great category. Whatever do I mean? Well lets start from the beginning. Most men believe that they are the most important species that we women are dealing with. Sure they may be great with numbers, especially with telephone numbers of some great leggy females, they are still their stages of infancy when it comes to feelings. Most men are visually stimulated, they have to see everything to understand and believe. From a really great pair of legs to an adequately pleasing bosom.

A woman needs to be stroked and felt, while a man has already been stroked by his mere vision. He doesn’t need to purr, her just speaks his mind and sees it. This is perhaps the reason why men seem to get aroused much faster than women would. Most men love to be ahead of everything, be it career or sex. If they cannot find themselves to get on to the top of it all, they lose interest. Most of the times, a man challenges himself into believing that he can be the best lover and although he may not vibe with the feelings of the heart, he does pursue the issue only because he knows that he can get his woman laid, in this manner.

Another shortcoming that he might face as compared to women is that men cannot understand images. They are trained in the physical aspects of life, which may range from making tree houses to even making their own homes. They cannot imagine that most of the planning can be done in advance so as to make their own lives easier a little later. Women are genetically inclined to literary arts and poetry, which makes them the “feeling” people. People who can understand, feel and more importantly visualize. It is no wonder then that most women can partake in the mass appreciation of pornographic stories and pictures. Men only use these as objects to get a massive turn on, again a visual aspect and not related to imagery. Most men prefer to have the light on, perhaps a little dim too as the thrill to watch a woman naked is perhaps unmatched to any other in the world. Women almost always need to have the light off.

Sex …. A physical need!
Sex is always a physical game for most men. During my survey of wild sex I encountered ninety four percent of men seeking sex in the animated form. For them sex need not prescribe to the notion of being loved. Yes love is a part of it, not the heart of it. Sex was always a beast-like affair. One that involved huge fight-like encounter, with both partners wanting for more. This is so because for them, sex is only sex and nothing more. Its more like a pornographic movie, the more the better. Most of them understand the huge importance of drugs used to virtually increase sexual stimulation that can last for hours together, without any breaks. One man was hugely candid about saying that sex was more of a release of tension, of tensed nerves as it were, so the more release the better. The frequency of sex also mattered.

They did not quite understand the need for arousal or foreplay, as their typical need for foreplay usually spans around for 5-7 minutes, after which the real action needed to be turned on, as if a switch for releasing the mass of tension locked behind the sexual organs. Another gentle man made it rather clear that it was most important for men to experience the first bout of sex with a virgin.

The blood dripping out of a woman’s vagina was an experience he felt should be appreciated and tasted by all. The colour red was so sexually stimulating he noted that even though he might for a time believe that it might be painful for the lady, its lure was unmatched to any thing else in the world. Phew, quite ravenous, what say?

Why do men shun away from doctors??

September 17th, 2007

We often hear that “Men consult their family doctors pretty rarely than women do, notwithstanding the fact that they are much more adhesive to accidents, violence, and disease.” They have a reputation of being poor patients, intolerant of pain or discomfort. Added to this are fear, denial and embarrassment. Researchers believe that from a young age men are taught to hold their heads high and ‘get tough’.

Admitting to pain or any other problems is seen as a confession to being weak and threatens male pride and machismo. Medicinal herbs, diet pills , therapeutic fruits, meditation, yoga, exercise have helped them in one way or the other to maintain fitness. Men are disreputably cagey about attending the doctor’s surgery compared to women.

Possibly because of an outmoded sense of stoicism or pride, many men will not seek medical attention for their ailments until their physical condition seriously worsens. Obviously this is not sensible, yet men continue to eschew the doctor except for the times when there is no other alternative remaining. Why is this? Let’s explore some of the reasons in this article.

Traditional Role: One reason why men do not attend the doctor is because it has been the traditional role of women to bring the children to the doctor and to look after the health of the children”, he acknowledges. “That connection between mother and child could exclude men from familiarity with the surgery”. It comes down to a conditioning thing that could take another generation to resolve, he says.

Stoicism: Male traits like aggression, stoicism, competitiveness and emotional reticence as barriers that prevent men from looking after their health properly. Men’s rigidly stoical stance contributes to some physical and mental disorders that are disproportionately experienced by men

Refutation and Fatalism: Male unwillingness to confront health issues may be attributed to a combination of refutation and fatalism. Men do not want to ‘go looking’ for medical problems in case that is what they find. They would rather prefer to seek health advice from friends or by reading.

Lack of Familiarity: Basically, it’s always the women, who generally are in contact with the doctors, between attending for gynecological reasons or to get smear tests done, and bringing sick children to the surgery. Men, on the other hand, are more apprehensive. The lack of familiarity with their doctor is also a factor that puts off men attendance in the clinic.

Pain threshold: One reason why men and women respond to doctors so differently might lie in their varying responses to pain itself. Men and women clearly experience different pain thresholds and this influence both how they deal with pain and how they respond to treatment.

Research has shown that there could be physical reasons why the stereotype of men being like babies about pain compared to women might be true. It seems that women routinely report feeling much higher levels of pain than men do, which implies that one or other gender is not truly representing their true pain experiences.

Less Attention: Generally the clinics and hospitals are pretty women-oriented. Most often hospitals and clinics do not feel like ‘male-friendly’ places, causing men to shy away even more from visiting the doctor altogether. Thus the feeling of ignominy prohibits them from visiting such places.

There seem to be metabolic differences between how men and women deal with these drugs. There may come a day when the choice of a painkilling drug is at least partly based on a patient’s sex”.

Impotence: This attributes to a large section of society that prohibits them to visit their GP’s. Two main reasons: Incomplete or no knowledge about it AND the embarrassment caused due to it are the main reasons behind this.

So, try to eliminate these shortcomings from you, check back to the clinics regularly. Clearly the benefits of visiting the clinics outweigh the possibility of any disease. So think again…Are we going the right way??

Male Infertility : A common men’s Issue

September 17th, 2007

Male Infertility: When you and your partner are trying to conceive, you least expect or hope to encounter any kind of difficulties. Yet, as much as 10% of the world’s population experience fertility problems. We believed the common myth that infertility exists only with the women, but the belied fact is that the men also do conceive infertility. But what exactly is infertility? Male infertility is simply defined as the inability to produce healthy sperm. Although a man might be embarrassed to admit that he has a fertility problem, but it is equally important that he undergoes fertility testing. The male alone is the cause in 20-35% of cases of infertility. An evaluation of the male should be one of the very first tests carried out in the investigation of the infertile couple.

Signs and symptoms

Male infertility occurs when the man’s partner does not conceive after one year of attempting to become pregnant. Other signs and symptoms depend on the underlying cause of the man’s infertility.

Analysis

Some men may have a history of erectile dysfunction or abnormal ejaculation. Alternatively, others may have had previous surgeries or injuries that may have led to problems in semen production. One if the most initial diagnostic study is the semen analysis. The semen analysis is one of the few tests that have withstood the test of time and which continue to be considered an integral and important part of the evaluation of the couple. The analysis is generally performed on a specimen that has been produced by means of masturbation into a sterile container. Ideally the male should abstain from ejaculation for 2-7 days prior to the analysis.

The specimen should be evaluated within one hour after collection. The analysis consists of an evaluation of a number of factors, like: Volume, Concentration, Motility and progression.

Another important test that is performed regularly for males is the post-coital test (PCT), in which the couple is asked to have intercourse during the middle of the woman’s menstrual cycle and 2-12 hours later have the female come into the office for an exam.

Causes and factors

There are many male factors that can prohibit a couple to become pregnant. This includes the following factors:
a) Conditions:
• diabetic neuropathy
• extreme obesity
• Conditions that prejudice the production of sperm
• testicular torsion
b) Diseases:
• Liver and Kidney disease
• Genital infections
• Infections of the reproductive organs
b) Additional factors:
• Certain medicated drugs
• Anabolic steroids
• Diet low in folic acid
• Excessive exercise
• Radiation therapy
• Wearing tight-fitting pants and underwear

Treatments

The treatment of male factor infertility is dependent on the identified problem. Erectile dysfunction, for example, is often treated by counseling rather than by “medical” therapies.

Treatment for a male with infertility may include:

• Avoiding longer time in hot baths and hot tubs
• Eating a healthy diet and exercising in moderation
• Learning about the best times to conceive
• Making lifestyle changes, such as smoking cessation and limiting intake of alcohol
• Taking hormone therapy
• Trying ED drugs like: Cialis, Viagra.
• Treating erectile dysfunction with counseling, medication, or surgery
• Wearing loose-fitting underwear
If these treatments don’t work, other means of fertilization may be considered, such as:
• Artificial insemination.
• Vitro fertilization.
• Donor sperm, couples who had less than a few million sperm in a sample had to consider inseminations using donor sperm. Many couples have used inseminations with donor sperm and produced happy, healthy babies. The process is very straightforward. Nonetheless, insemination using donor sperm remains a very viable alternative for many couples.
• Intracytoplasmic sperm injection, this technique involves injecting a single sperm into the egg at the time of in vitro fertilization (a process whereby an egg is removed from the mother, fertilized by sperm in a laboratory, and then returned to the mother).

Side effects of the treatments

Surgery can cause bleeding, infection, and allergic reactions to anesthesia. In vitro fertilization increases the chance of having a multiple pregnancy, such as twins. Antibiotics and other medications may cause stomach upset, diarrhea, or an allergic reaction.

Weight Loss Advice For Men

September 17th, 2007

Introduction

If diet and weight are as important to health and wellbeing as experts believe, American men need to make changes to what they eat and how often they exercise. They are too overweight and suffer years of ill-health despite the fact that per capita health funding is the highest in the world. The statistics make interesting reading. First, an estimated 27.7 percent of American males aged 20-74 years are obese. By comparison, obesity affects 19 percent of Australian men, 12 percent of French men and only 3.6 percent of Japanese. Second, the average life span of American men is 74.9 years, (Japan 77.8) of which an estimated 8 years are lived in ill-health (Japan 6.5). Also significant are the negative health effects of the American diet on male immigrants from countries such as Japan, who typically experience a noticeable rise in diet-related illness such as obesity and heart disease.

Health Effects of Obesity In Men

Obesity has several adverse health effects. The most serious dangers include hypertension, heart disease, cancer and diabetes, although joint problems and psychosocial hardship can also be very distressing.

Obesity is a serious risk factor for hypertension, which affects 7 out of 10 obese men, and develops as follows. As the amount of fat tissue in the body increases, the heart is forced to pump more blood around the body in order to meet the extra demand for additional oxygen and nutrients. As this extra blood passes through the arteries, it increases pressure on the arterial walls, leading to higher blood pressure. Hypertension, which is sometimes referred to as “the silent killer”, is a significant contributor to cardiovascular disease.

Obesity is also classified as a major risk factor for heart disease, with almost 70 percent of diagnosed cases occurring in obese patients. The prevalence of atherosclerosis (clogging of the arteries) is 10 times higher in obese men compared to those who are not obese. This type of coronary artery disease occurs when fatty deposits build up on the walls of arteries that supply the heart, reducing blood flow and increasing the risk of heart attack.

Although the link is not fully understood, there is a clear association between obesity in men and an increased risk of colon and prostate cancers. It may be due to specific eating habits, such as overconsumption of red meat allied with an insufficiency of antioxidant-rich foods like fresh fruit and vegetables. The prevalence of prostate cancer in American males is 18.7 per 100,000, compared to 10.2 in Japanese men.

Obesity is the major cause of type 2 diabetes. Almost 8 out of 10 type 2 diabetics are obese. Even mild obesity significantly increases the risk of diabetes. Weight gain after the age of 18 is a particular contributor. Obesity is also closely associated with insulin resistance, high blood sugar levels and pre-diabetes.

Abdominal Obesity Even More Dangerous

While obesity in general is a major predictor of serious ill-health in men, abdominal obesity - excess fat around the stomach - is an added health risk, which is bad news for men as they typically store fat around their middle. Men under stress are doubly at risk as stress triggers the release of the hormone cortisol which appears to stimulate fat storage around the stomach and abdomen. Abdominal obesity is one of a number of interlinked conditions (the others being high cholesterol, high blood pressure, insulin resistance, high levels of inflammatory and clotting components in the blood) that comprise the condition known as metabolic syndrome. This disorder has been identified as a complex risk factor for cardiovascular disease. An estimated 1 in 3 of overweight or obese men have metabolic syndrome.

Health Benefits of Modest Weight Reduction

Although untreated obesity may have serious health consequences, even modest weight loss can bring noticeable health benefits. For example, a weight loss of as little as 10-20 pounds can eliminate the need for hypertension or type 2 diabetes medication. In addition, it can raise HDL cholesterol (the good blood-fats) reduce LDL cholesterol and triglycerides (the bad blood-fats) and thus reduce the risk of heart disease. Even so, the more weight you can lose in a steady sustained way, the greater the health improvements, especially if you can reduce the amount of fat around your middle.

Diet Advice For Men

A nutritious calorie-controlled diet is the foundation for lasting weight loss. And don’t worry about cutting down on junk food. In my experience, a person’s appetite for high-fat or high-sugar foods falls dramatically within a couple of weeks of healthy eating. So if you want to lose weight but can’t enjoy a meal without a huge slab of fatty red meat, a large helping of mayo, or a bag of tortilla chips, try switching to a healthier diet for 2 weeks and see what a difference it makes to your taste buds.

(1) Improve Your Health And Save Money

Instead of simply cutting calories and thinking “I must diet”, make a point of choosing healthy foods and think “I want to eat healthily”. You may even motivate yourself by focusing on the reduced health insurance costs you will achieve by getting into shape.

(2) Personalize Your Eating Plan

There is no single diet plan that fits every man. Moreover, eliminating all your favorite foods is not a winning weight loss strategy. As long as your regular daily diet is calorie-controlled (1500-1850 calories) and contains enough healthy foods, you should be able to include a few treats without interfering with your weight reduction. If the idea of joining Weight Watchers doesn’t appeal, customize an online diet plan or seek an individualized eating plan from a registered dietitian.

(3) Healthy Eating Guidelines For Men

As a general guide, choose foods which are low in fat - especially saturated or trans-fats - low in sodium, and less refined. To be more specific, eat at least five daily servings of fruits and vegetables - more is better. Also, eat a wide variety of both, because different fruits and vegetables contain different nutrients. Eat whole grains such as brown rice and whole wheat bread rather than white rice and white bread. Whole grain foods are richer in nutrients and higher in both soluble and insoluble fiber compared to more processed products. Their extra fiber content means they help to maintain healthy blood glucose levels, which reduces the risk of appetite swings and cravings. Go easy on fat. Enjoy low fat dairy products - remember, full-fat cheese is a huge source of saturated fat - and don’t add extra fat to food in the form of mayo or sour cream. Stay away from chips and other high-fat, high sodium snack foods.

(4) Men Who Enjoy Red Meat

Red meat, like beef, lamb and pork, is highly nutritious. Unfortunately, it’s also one of the main sources of saturated fat - the type implicated in atherosclerotic heart disease. If you enjoy red meat, make sure you remove all visible fat before eating, and limit your intake to 3-4 3-ounce servings per week. Fish is a healthy alternative protein source, especially oily fish like mackerel, herring and salmon, as is skinless chicken and turkey.

(5) Eating Out For Men

If you are serious about losing weight, be extra-choosy when dining out or ordering take-out food. Here are some important tips. (1) Do not order deep-fried food. (2) Look for light appetizers, such as salads, non-creamy soups, fish platter. (3) Avoid entrees with sauces. If necessary, ask for them “on the side”. Choose plain fish, broiled lean steak, or tomato-based pasta. (4) Make sure half your plate contains vegetables, without added oil or butter. (5) For dessert, choose any fresh fruit dish, and if offered cream say No. If these suggestions are too arduous, it may be best to skip eating out until you feel more confident.

(6) Men Who Enjoy Alcohol

For many men, giving up alcohol is a complete No-No. So let me give you some facts and you can choose accordingly. To begin with, alcohol contains zero nutrition. In addition, its calorie content is quite high - about 7 calories per gram. Drinking one regular Martini per day adds up to about 58,400 calories per year - the equivalent of about 16.5 pounds of body fat. One beer a day amounts to nearly as much. A better option is one 4oz glass of wine a day, which contains about half the calories of a Martini. Another problem to consider if you are male, is the contribution that alcohol makes to your fat stomach. In my experience, overweight drinkers who give up alcohol experience an immediate reduction in their stomach size, which is very good news for their health.

Weight Reduction Exercise For Men

Men typically do not find it easy to incorporate regular physical exercise into their daily schedule. More than 50 percent of American men do not take enough physical activity. Which is not good news because the medical benefits of regular exercise are compelling. Keeping active is one of the most effective methods of protecting ourselves against serious disease, and maintaining a good quality of life. This introduces the basic male dilemma. In order to achieve a comfortable standard of living for himself and his family, a man typically has to spend extra hours working instead of exercising. But by not exercising he runs a much higher risk of serious disease, a crippling rise in insurance bills, as well as an illness-prone retirement. No easy choices here, I’m afraid, although the rational decision must be to make exercise a higher priority. This is particularly true for men over 40. For men who really want to lose weight, I suggest you first see your doctor for a quick check-up. Then, if all is well, I advise you start with 45 minutes/day of light exercise. Do this for 2-3 weeks or until you notice obvious benefits such as improved breathing, sleeping and appetite. Then gradually increase the duration and intensity of your training program up to 60 minutes a day. The best way to avoid overstrain is to loosen up with stretches at the beginning of each exercise session, and wind down with stretches afterwards.

Improved Lifestyle For Men

Quitting smoking is the top priority for any man with weight-related health problems. Another essential improvement is stress reduction or at least better stress management. This is because any stress which leads to a feeling that life is out of control, is a major contributor to disordered eating, excessive alcohol intake and disease, as well as family problems. Moving to a less stressful job, reducing your work schedule, or taking regular physical exercise are useful ways to reduce stress, and will definitely assist weight loss and general health. Spending more time with your family is also a great stress reliever.

Viagra- Introspection To Male Sexual Health

September 17th, 2007

Viagra is the first thing on mind for men trying to cope with erectile dysfunction. The fact is that there are 30 million and more who are facing a risk to potency in the world today. Men’s health needs a deeper insight when it comes to analyzing the cause of erectile dysfunction and popularity of the wonder drug called Viagra today!

Time bombers for male sexual health

It is futile to consider the study on Viagra without educating us on the basics of prevalence of certain health disorders triggering ED in men. What are they?

Internal

Diabetes- One of the champions of the causes of sexual dysfunction in men is diabetes. Thanks to fast food and unhealthy lifestyle that we thrive on so well! Check out those fertility clinics treating hapless couples battling with impotency and infertility.

Hormonal imbalance- Another cause of concern for ED in menľ that seems to affect the sexual health and male impotency is hormonal imbalance.

Nerve disorders- Neurological impairments like Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis damage the nerve endings in the penis. Also, injuries to spinal cord can tamper male sexual health and trigger ED.

Cardio-vascular diseases- Heart problems harden the arteries and reduce the blood flow in them. This causes an erection problem in men.

Stress and anxiety- Stress and anxiety are something that we have grown up and with and have got pretty much used to it. Not quite so! The reason is because stress cause a number of health disorders and impair our immune system in the body.
